Using Mailchimp, I have frequently needed to access archived contacts. Archiving contacts can effectively declutter your contact list and manage your active contacts. However, locating and viewing archived contacts in Mailchimp may not be initially straightforward. Accessing the Audience Tab

The first step in viewing archived contacts in Mailchimp is to access the Audience tab. To do this, log in to your Mailchimp account and navigate to the dashboard. On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see a menu with various options. Click on the Audience tab to proceed.

Once you are on the Audience tab, you will see a list of options related to your audience. Look for the Manage Audience dropdown menu, and click on it. In the dropdown menu, you will find a link to the Archived Contacts page. Click on this link to proceed to the next step.

Viewing Archived Contacts

In order to view a specific archived contact, simply click on their email address. This will open a new page with detailed information about the contact, including their name, email address, and any other custom fields you have set up.

Restoring Archived Contacts

If you decide that you want to restore an archived contact and make them active again, you can do so from the contact’s detail page. Look for the “Restore Contact” button and click on it. The contact will then be moved from the archived contacts list back into your active contact list.
