Hey there! Today, I want to share with you my personal experience of adding Toggl to Trello. If you’re not familiar, Toggl is a time tracking tool, and Trello is a popular project management tool. Step 1: Install the Toggl Power-Up

To get started, you’ll need to install the Toggl Power-Up for Trello. In order to do this, open your Trello board and click on the “Show Menu” button in the top right corner of the screen. From the menu that appears, select “Power-Ups” to open the Power-Ups directory.

In the Power-Ups directory, search for “Toggl” and click on the “Add” button to install it. Once you’ve installed the Toggl Power-Up, you should see a new Toggl button in your board’s sidebar.

Step 2: Connect Trello to Toggl

Before you can start tracking time in Trello using Toggl, you need to connect your Trello account to your Toggl account. To do this, click on the Toggl button in the board’s sidebar, and then click on the “Connect” button. You’ll be prompted to authorize Trello to access your Toggl account, so just follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection process.

Step 3: Start Tracking Time

Once Trello and Toggl are connected, you can start tracking time for your tasks in Trello. To do this, open a Trello card and click on the Toggl button in the card’s sidebar. A Toggl timer will appear, allowing you to start and stop the timer as needed while you work on the task.

Additionally, you can assign a specific time estimate to a Trello card by clicking on the “Edit” button in the Toggl section of the card’s sidebar. This can be useful for planning and tracking your time more effectively.

Step 4: Analyze Your Time
