Firefox-3.0.6 security update

The latest version of the Mozilla Firefox web browser is vailable for VL 5.9 and 6.0. Version 3.0.6 is a security patch which fixes known vulnerabilities including one considered "critical" by Mozilla. Security conscious users may want to upgrade immediately. This package will be moved to the patches repository as soon as we have had adequate user testing.
